Wayne joined Better Medical in October 2021 to build our team of GP Recruitment Specialists and provide outstanding service to General Practitioners.
He is responsible for strategic recruitment initiatives and ensuring the team provide GPs with a seamless customer experience from first contact to onboarding in a clinic.
Wayne has over 12 years of recruitment and management experience across multiple sectors, including Medical, Project and Information Technology, with roles in both agency and internal settings.
