Tracey McNeil

General Manager – Business Support

Tracey joined Better Medical in March 2020 and, prior to that, held a leadership position with SmartClinics Family Medical Centres. Tracey has over 20 years of Project Management experience and enjoys leading projects that deliver greater operational efficiencies to teams. Currently leading the Business Support stream, Tracey’s team is responsible for providing aesthetically pleasing and functional medical centres for our teams to work in as well as rolling out and implementing various digital health platforms throughout the network.

Tracey is a human-centric leader who approaches opportunities with curiosity and care. With a passion for the community services sector, Tracey volunteers annually – giving back to her Queensland community, sharing her expertise, and working with charities and not-for-profit organisations to solve their current project management challenges.
