Reporting to the National GP Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role across the GP recruitment and engagement journey — from initial attraction and candidate engagement through to onboarding, commencement and ongoing support.
This relationship-focused role suits someone who enjoys recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and working closely with healthcare professionals.
You will proactively identify and engage prospective GPs, assess suitability, support clinic matching and guide candidates through the recruitment process. Following commencement, you will continue to build the relationship through a structured six-month onboarding and engagement program.
You will work closely with GPs, Practice Managers, Operations teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver a positive and consistent experience for doctors joining Better Medical.
The role can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Adelaide, with hybrid working arrangements combining office and work-from-home. Interstate and intrastate travel will be required to visit clinics, meet with GPs and attend training, conferences and team events.
