Simone joined Better Medical in March 2020 with 13 years of experience in General Practice, including large multidisciplinary and multi-site medical organisations, and 10+ years as a Paralegal within the Legal sector. Simone leads the Operations team to deliver high-level support to GPs and staff across our 75+ medical centres. She is responsible for leading the national clinic operations, our clinics' strategic performance, and providing support to facilitate growth and the delivery of high-quality health care to our local communities.
