The Family Health Care Mackay Ooralea practice is a purpose-built health complex. Doctors practising at this clinic have served the wider business and mining communities in the area since 2015. Supported by our experienced nursing and administration staff, the highly skilled General Practitioners provide high quality care to a broad range of patients from birth to the elderly. The complex currently has dedicated occupational health services as well as a physiotherapist, pathology services and a chiropractor on-site.
Family Health Care Mackay Ooralea is part of the Family Health Care Mackay Group. Prior to this, we were known as GP Superclinic Mackay. We are one of three medical centres operating as part of the Family Health Care Mackay Group which also includes medical centres located in Walkerston and Rural View.
Family Health Care Mackay Ooralea opened on 3rd December 2014 with funding assistance from the Federal Government’s GP Super Clinics Program. It is owned and operated by Better Medical.
